The infrastructure your platform commitments actually rest on.
If you buy into a circular-economy platform, you're buying into its physical pipes. BangoPure's smart-bin network, MRF hubs and cross-continental logistics are being built around identity-first data, EU/UK/Africa residency and a public verification registry — so the evidence your auditors read traces to physical activity, not a vendor estimate. Founding cohort being seated.
Smart Collection Infrastructure
Four physical pillars. One operating record.
The platform is being built on top of four physical pillars. Each is in pilot phase with founding brand, manufacturer and supplier partners — and every batch is designed to carry the same global batch ID from collection through to the EU buyer's evidence pack.
Smart bins & IoT collection points
Sensor-equipped collection points with real-time fill levels, RFID material tagging and a Waste Champions network for last-mile coordination — every deposit lands as identity-first data on the operating record.
Electric collection fleet
Electric and low-emission vehicles being built for urban and peri-urban collection routes across pilot cities in Africa, the EU and the UK — chain-of-custody captured at pickup, not reconstructed later.
Material recovery facilities (MRFs)
Regional MRF hubs being built for screening, grading and pre-processing across plastics, organics, metals, textiles, paper and critical raw materials — feeding standards-anchored evidence into every batch leaving the site.
Cross-continental logistics network
Being built to move certified secondary materials from African collection points to EU and UK buyers — customs documentation, chain-of-custody and the EU ESPR Reg. (EU) 2024/1781 evidence trail by default.
Four modules
Smart Collection · Smart Bins · Waste Champions · MRF Hubs.
The four pillars are being built as one operating system, not four independent contracts. Every batch carries a unique global batch ID from collection through MRF processing into cross-continental logistics — the evidence your buyer reads is the evidence the field captured.
Industrial smart bin
For factories and high-volume commercial sites — ultrasonic fill-level sensing, AI material identification at deposit, weight logging and 4G/LoRaWAN connectivity feeding straight into the EU CSRD/ESRS E5 waste chapter.
Community station
Solar-powered, multi-stream community collection points being built for residential streets and public spaces. QR-driven deposit-and-earn rewards to encourage correct sorting; real-time material-flow dashboards available to the brands and city partners whose materials flow through them.
Agricultural collector (Africa)
Being built for farms and food processors — moisture and temperature sensing for biogas-yield estimation, batch tagging at source (cassava peel, cocoa husks, palm shells), farmer-app deposit records that trigger payment and join the supplier's evidence pack.
Africa electric micro-fleet
Electric tricycles and cargo bikes being built for African urban density, with IoT weight and GPS logging, mobile-first booking for community and industrial generators, and the Waste Champions programme as the primary ground force.
EU + UK industrial fleet
HGV and container fleet being built with IoT sensors, driver digital apps for material classification and weight capture, and shared routing AI with African operations — same algorithm, two operating environments, one evidence record.
MRF & processing hubs
Regional Material Recovery Facilities being built for multi-stream sorting and quality testing, biogas and organic processing, e-waste / CRM extraction shaped for EU CRMA, and chemical recycling units to lift plastics back toward virgin-quality pellets.
Cross-continental logistics
Being built to coordinate African MRF output with EU and UK processing hubs — customs documentation, chain-of-custody and carbon accounting all generated from the same operational data feed your auditor can re-read.
Waste Champions programme
A formal employment programme being built to recruit from informal waste-picker communities — contracts, safety equipment, digital tools, embedded ReMaterial Academy CCA pathway and digital pay that helps build a credit history.
Carbon framework
ACMI-aligned carbon credit framework
African operations are being built against the African Carbon Markets Initiative (ACMI) framework, with project data shaped for high-integrity verification standards EU and UK corporate buyers already require.
ACMI-aligned origination
Waste-to-energy, methane-avoidance and circular-economy projects are being built against the ACMI Roadmap so credits originate inside a credible African framework — not an opaque pipeline.
Verra VCS & Gold Standard verification
Project data is being shaped for verification under Verra VCS and Gold Standard methodologies — the high-integrity registries EU and UK buyers will accept post-VCMI scrutiny.
Article 6 Paris Agreement readiness
Built for Article 6 bilateral arrangements between African counterparties and EU/UK corporate buyers — correspondingly adjusted, registry-tracked, no double-counting.
Audit trail to the operational data
Every credit is designed to trace back to a sensor-logged collection event, MRF processing record and chain-of-custody anchor on a public verification registry — auditors can re-verify the underlying physical activity, not just a project document.
