MARKET — Cross-Continental Circular Materials Marketplace

Buy certified recycled materials — with all the paperwork already attached.

A B2B circular-materials marketplace where every listing must carry verified recycled content and full chain-of-custody documentation. Overview

What MARKET — Cross-Continental Circular Materials Marketplace does

If you need certified recycled content to meet EU PPWR, UK Plastic Packaging Tax or the EU Battery Regulation — and you cannot source enough within Europe — MARKET is being designed to connect you directly to verified African and global suppliers. Every batch will carry the EU PPWR certificate and UK PPT credit evidence in the listing itself. One transaction. Every document.

MARKET applies a verified-circular floor on every listing. Material that does not meet a minimum verified recycled-content threshold cannot be listed. This is a listing requirement, not a guideline — designed to protect buyers from purchasing material that will fail their EU PPWR auditors, HMRC PPT assessors, or Battery Regulation reviewers.

For African sellers, MARKET is being designed as the direct EU and UK buyer channel. List certified secondary materials, access design-partner trade-finance facilitation, settle in USD, GBP or EUR through escrow, and get matched with buyers who are legally required to source what you produce.

Currently under development. Pilot tenants get preferential design-partner terms, direct schema input and access ahead of public release.

If you're buying recycled content, you know this problem

Sound familiar?

We need certified recycled plastic to stay clear of UK Plastic Packaging Tax exposure. Our current suppliers can't guarantee the percentage — and can't document it in a form HMRC will accept.

EU PPWR sets a recycled-content floor for our packaging by 2030. We've looked at European suppliers — there simply isn't enough certified material at the volume we need.

We need cobalt and lithium for our battery cells. The EU Battery Regulation requires recycled critical-mineral content from 2030. We're building our supply chain now — and there's no organised, certified source.

We bought recycled material with a sustainability certificate. Our EU auditors rejected it. The certificate wasn't connected to physical chain-of-custody data. We had to redo the entire submission.

Our answer

MARKET is being designed for exactly this gap.

Every listing is being designed to carry verified recycled content plus the EU PPWR certificate and UK PPT credit evidence as part of the listing itself — and to plug into TRACE for chain-of-custody and VERIFY for material identity. The verified-circular floor is a listing requirement, not a guideline: material that does not meet the minimum verified recycled-content threshold cannot be listed. Currently under development with design-partner sellers and buyers.

What is being designed to be tradeable on MARKET

Certified material streams shaped for cross-continental supply.

  • Recycled plastics

HDPE, LDPE, PET and PP pellets designed to ship with EU PPWR certificate and UK PPT credit evidence in the listing. African and global origin, dual-market certified by design.

  • Certified metals

Ferrous and non-ferrous scrap — steel, aluminium, copper — designed to be certified against EU and UK standards with chain-of-custody documented from collection.

  • Critical raw materials

Lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese and rare earths from e-waste streams. Designed to be certified for EU CRMA and UK Critical Minerals Strategy. Forward contracts planned for EV battery manufacturers.

  • Recycled aggregate

Construction and demolition waste processed into certified recycled aggregate for building use. Designed with planning-authority documentation included in the listing.

  • Paper & board

Graded bales to paper mills against EU and UK recovered-paper standards. Consistent quality grading from sorted streams shaped for PPWR recycled-content certificates.

  • Recycled fibres

Textile fibres for EU EPR compliance with composition documented for DPP requirements. African collection feeding EU fibre-to-fibre recycling capacity by design.

  • Biogas & organic energy

Clean energy from organic waste streams designed for long-term offtake with industrial anchors. Shaped for UK CfD support where applicable; bio-LNG aimed at industrial decarbonisation.

Who it's for

Who MARKET is being designed for

  • Sellers — African recyclers & processors

List certified secondary materials directly to EU and UK buyers who are legally required to source recycled content. Designed for free listing, design-partner trade-finance facilitation and tri-currency escrow.

  • Sellers — industrial waste generators

Monetise diverted streams as documented, certified material rather than paying disposal fees. Designed to publish straight into the marketplace from the TRANSFORM operational data.

  • Buyers — EU manufacturers & brand owners

Source certified recycled feedstock with EU PPWR certification and UK PPT credit evidence already attached. Designed so procurement teams stop rebuilding the same documentation per order.

  • Buyers — battery & critical-minerals procurement

Forward-contract critical mineral supply with EU CRMA and UK Critical Minerals Strategy certification. Designed for chain-of-custody from collection to your cell-assembly line.
